  • Design Consultation

    Are you in the middle of a project, but could use some help making some decisions and selections?

    We’re now offering design consultations on-site or via zoom to talk through your project and help with any issues and roadblocks you’re facing! We send you a consultation form in advance where you can provide more details on your project, what selections or issues you need help with, and submit any photos or floor plans.

    We offer this service as a one-time consultation or hourly consultation package throughout the length of your project!

  • Design Intensive

    Do you need help with design selections, but want to stay involved in the process? We understand how intimidating it can feel when you need to make hundreds of design decisions but don't know where to start!

    We offer fixed-price packages that provide great design at affordable prices! We prepare all the selections, design boards, and layouts for an easy handoff so you can keep ownership of ordering and installs.

  • Full-Service Design

    Are you looking to start a renovation or new construction?

    We have years of experience working on multi-million dollar projects across long island and the Hamptons. We also offer 3D visuals of our designs, so you have full clarity and understanding of the design prior to construction! We organize and streamline the process by keeping the project binders up to date, which includes the construction drawings, 3D visuals, design boards, and floor plan layouts.

Our Process

Our design process highlights our commitment to client experience, clarity, & collaboration. See below for our step-by-step design process for Full-service Design. Our Design Intensive Service is similar with the exclusion of Phases III & V.

  • Once all the samples, products, materials, and design elements are finalized, we begin preparing drawings for construction!

    After the completion of our construction drawings, we create physical project binders with hard copies of the interior designs and documents for the client and build team. The client and build team will also have access to Reissera’s procurement software which includes all up-to-date files, designs, and selections.

  • While construction continues, we move on to the soft finish design, which includes all the furniture, rugs, accessories, and textiles ranging from bedding to hand towels. We consult directly with the client to review design preferences, furniture layouts, fabrics, and material samples.

    Once we have completed our rounds of revisions, and you’re ready to proceed, we begin procurement again! Depending on the size and scale of the project, we recommend ordering 6-12 months in advance of construction completion to ensure everything arrives at the warehouse in time for your move-in date!

  • After our initial consult, we get to work on the Interior Mood Board and Redline Presentation. We provide our initial design ideas, concepts, and color/material palette for both the interior and exterior. With the proposed floor plan and exterior elevations from the architect, and your initial feedback from our consultation, we review and redline the floor plan with ideas and suggestions based on the interior design direction.

  • Once the architectural plans are finalized, we move on to Hard Finish Design. This includes all the design elements that are built into your home (i.e. wall and flooring specifications/finish, plumbing and appliance selections, lighting, interior doors, hardware, cabinetry design, interior trim, window coverings, etc.)

    We prepare design drawings, sketches, inspiration images, and samples of the product/materials to express our designs for your home. We make all the products and materials available to the client and the build team via our procurement software portal which holds the most up-to-date selections, presentations, and designs.

  • We coordinate directly with you and your builder to schedule and confirm a date for the installation. Once construction is complete, you’ve done your final walkthrough with your builder, and the home has been cleaned, we move forward with the furniture installation. We’re there for the entire process to streamline and organize on your behalf to make sure it runs smoothly. It’s an exciting time for our team to see it come together and we love being able to see our clients walk through their new home together as a family!
